Curriculum

We facilitate learning using a developmentally appropriate, language rich, play based approach that supports learning through art, music, play, exploration, daily routines, scenic outdoor playground and through meaningful interactions with others. We also promote learning by building a sense of community within the classroom and design an environment that is inviting and navigable to a young child, and by allowing the child to make meaningful choices within established boundaries.

Lesson plans are designed to encourage children to become critical thinkers by engaging in dialogue and extending learning experiences that can address multiple disciplines simultaneously.

We accept and promote the individuality of each child and work with each student and their family to maximize his or her unique learning styles.
